In its activities, the engineering and business unit is guided by the current legislation, regulations and methodological materials for economic maintenance, norms and rules for the maintenance, operation and repair of buildings (rooms), technical equipment, regulatory documents on compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime, fire safety and safety regulations, regulatory acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Charter of the Institute, local regulatory acts of the Institute.
The working conditions of the employees of the subdivision are determined by the employment contracts concluded with each employee, as well as the internal labor regulations of the Institute.
